In 2012 after years of teaching and service as educators, Eskabonna and Danice Henderson founded Kinetic Minds, Inc. As an educational non-profit, Kinetic Minds was created with the purpose of ensuring children receive the support they needed after school and during summer programming to succeed. Since its inception, Kinetic Minds, Inc. and their other brainchild, Kinetic Minds Inspire LLC, have provided impactful educational services including STEM to children from public, charter, and private schools. Having operated in Goldsboro downtown for years, Kinetic Minds now partners with community organizations to provide these no cost services.
What is the concept behind Kinetic Minds Inc.?
You may remember a science teacher telling you that there are two types of energy: Potential energy which is energy that is stored and kinetic energy, or energy in motion.
Kinetic means active, lively, dynamic, and energizing.
Kinetic Minds are Active Minds.
