Junior Scientist Academy (JSA)
Inspiring the next generation of STEM Leaders
In 2021, Kinetic Minds was awarded funding from the Burroughs Wellcome Fund to launch the Junior Scientist Academy (JSA)—an innovative STEM program designed to serve underrepresented students, including girls, minorities, and children with learning disabilities who show strength in science and math. The program was created by co-founder and Executive Director Eskabonna Henderson, a lifelong educator with an exceptional background in STEM and a deep commitment to student success.
