Lifei DongHello, I am Ms. Dong, a tutor from Kinetic Minds Distance Learning Program. I will be responsible for the 1st grade students' online courses and tutoring. Online teaching will mainly include two tasks: IXL and Raz- Kids. Students will complete Math and Reading training in these two ways. I can also teach Mandarin lessons based on students' interests. Weekly Learning Plan
Hello everyone, I have placed the learning tasks for the this week in the form of a picture table below.
Raz-Kids: The main reading book for students this week is "Health Me". Students can log in to Raz-Kids to find the assigned book. Also, parents or students can download the document through the link from the lower right corner. This document includes reading questions and spelling words. (If the website asks for teacher name, type "kineticminds".)
Additional books students can choose (earn points):
1: Going to the Doctor ( level G)
2: The Food We Eat ( level G)
3: Going to the Dentist ( level G)
4: A Rainbow of Food ( level J)
5: Bonk, the Healthy Monster ( level J)

(Tips: when students logs in, please look at the top right of the page and locate the yellow star and click on “skills suggested by your teacher” which is located next to the yellow star.) The order of IXL is not fixed, and students can make adjustments according to their preferences. However please make sure to complete all tasks by Thursday.
Bingo Card: There is also a Bingo Card below, and students can redeem rewards by completing tasks to earn different points. Parents should be available to assist students as needed. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
